How do I place my order?

What Information do I need to provide in order for you to provide a quotation?
All we need is a few simple pieces of information including quantity required, the number of colours in your logo and any special branding requests, objective of the garment I,e giveaway, uniform etc. We can then give you an exact quotation for your promotional clothing requirements.
How long will it take to process my promotional clothing order?
We are able to turn around some order within 2-5 days, however you require a bespoke range of promotional clothing or corporate work wear the lead-time can vary up to 8 weeks. Give us a call us today on 0844 4780344 so we can do our best to hit your deadline.
Can you build my promotional clothing around my corporate branding/colours?
Yes! We carry a wide range of stock fabrics, so we are confident we can match your garments to your corporate brand. If you order a minimum of 250 units we will Pantone® match the material to that of your corporate identity.
What can I customise on my garments?
Everything! Everything from woven labels, custom zippers, custom buttons and pantone matched fabric. We will even provide a free design service.
How will I know what my promotional umbrella will look like?
After you have placed your promotional clothing order we will supply a design service giving you a number of options . Once you are happy with the design we will provide a sample for final approval. NB if your fabric is being Pantone® matched we will supply swatches for approval.
What are your terms of business?
For new clients we work to a pro-forma policy for all first orders. For established clients we will set up a trading account with 28 days credit.
